“I visited Dr. Roberts on a Thursday and saw him the following day for epidural injections. He said he'd call in 2 weeks regarding potential pain relief. He did, I was fine, no further treatment needed. Today I received a text saying I owed $40. I called his office for an explanation and found it was a charge for his follow-up phone call! They'd billed my insurance $145.00 and my share was $40.00. Unbelievable! If you utilize this business, you might consider refusing any follow-up phone calls and save yourself some money. All he wanted to know was whether he hit the right spot with his injection. So I paid for his satisfaction.”

“0 stars! Beware of a business that cannot function properly. Waited 7 weeks for initial appointment. Got there 40 minutes before my appointment time. Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment tume before seeing anyone. Then scheduled for injections for a week later. Get to my scheduled appointment and they have no scheduled appointments for me anywhere. I live an hour and a half away. And all the desk girl said was "oh I'm sorry would like you reschedule" NO. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE EVER. If you can't even get your scheduling right there's no way I'm allowing you to put injections into my spine.”

“The Doctors and Nurses are great. Unfortunately, every other aspect of this business is a failure. Their billing department is either incompetent or malicious. I'm covered by workman's comp, and they confirm this every time I check in. Yet I always get a bill and then have to jump through hoops with the billing department that claim they have no access to my insurance information. How the hell do they send me a bill if they have no access to my information? I would avoid this place unless you have no other options. It also speaks volumes that they refuse to reply to negative reviews. This place is a yikes.”

“The negative reviews are shocking. Personally, I have LOVED my experience with everyone at Advanced Pain & Spine, Missoula; the staff, the nurses, the surgeons, the assistants; everyone has been WONDERFUL. I give 5 stars based on my own experience both of lower back nerve ablation, its testing block treatments, and additionally an injection for sciatica. (Four treatments in total, as of Dec 2024.) I found everyone on staff to be compassionate, attentive, human (not robotic), professional, personable, and all-together wonderful. The procedures were necessarily painful but have yielded excellent results; I'm deeply grateful -- I feel that I am in good hands and couldn't ask for better. I can't speak for others, but this was my own experience and recommendation for this clinic.”
