“My first visit with the PA I was very impressed and also with Doctor once I met him for the first time. They were very thorough and asking their questions about where the pain was how it felt and their goal was to find the root of the problem of the pain. Tests were ordered. It took a couple months. We found what the problem was and referrals were done to the doctors that can help. Unfortunately it requires surgery. And that aspect I give them a 10 They are great! The only problem I have was every single month I had a problem getting my prescriptions to help with the pain I was constantly calling in every month and requesting with the pharmacy to call in the script to get my prescription. I'm hoping soon that this will be resolved. Of course when I left a message I always asked him to recurring my call and update me on the status I never got a call back. Other than getting my prescriptions timely, I love the doctors. I'm so glad that my general doctor referred me to them.”
