“I've been trying to schedule with this clinic for nearly a month now. The first few times I called (all days apart), no one answered at all. When I did get someone, they told me I needed a referral but weren't sure if it could come from a dentist or not (I needed to see them for TMJ). I called my PCP to be safe and had a referral sent over. I never got a call from Advanced Pain. I called them again to ask if they received it nearly a week later. After a very long and disjointed conversation (being put on hold after every question I asked), I was ultimately told they did have my referral but, and I quote, "can't really do anything" for me. I had no clue if this meant they were just booked up, not accepting new patients, or what, so I asked for clarification and was told they "don't really do anything with the jaw." I specified I was needing help with TMJ (which is included on their website as something they help with) and they told me they'd need to get with a supervisor to have them call me back. I never got a call back. This does not make me want to trust them with my care.”

When I first went he did test and told me my pain was due to bulging disk. He did not pre judge me. He got to the root of the problem and got to work managing my pain.
