Yes, there can often be a long wait time, but this is because Dr. Dubal will work patients in who are having pain & she goes slowly and carefully with her procedures. I'd much rather have to wait for a careful doctor than be rushed in & out of a doctor who speeds through a procedure.”

I finally did the (At the time) experimental Ketamine Coma treatment. Its been 10 years of me with a second lease on life. Im sore a few days out of the year but im ME. No medications needed outside of some OTC stuff once in a while. I owe you my life and cant thank you enough for the love and support you and your staff gave me. It was a trying time. “The staff is comprised of COMPLETELY incompetent individuals. Poor wait time. The nurses will not return your calls timely after you've had injection treatments & encounter problems. You will never meet with the physician during office visits if you're Dr. Dubal's patient. (Even when you request to see her.) You will meet with her assistant "David." He is horrible & has Terrible bedside manner.David is not a physician.He shows little to no concern, is monotone and passive to your medical concerns/questions. He will thumb through a medical book during your office visit because he is not knowledgeable. Save yourself the stress and take care of your health. Go to a Dr. who will be involved in your healthcare/ treatment plan and not just show up on the day that you have your injections.... That is exactly what Dr. Dubal does .Don't learn the hard way.Terrible facility.”
