“He never showed any concern about my condition or my pain. He had an X-ray of my hip and treated me for months with no relief. I even had to be wheeled back in a wheelchair. When I finally decided that was enough and said I was going to my orthopedic surgeon for an xray. Azzam wanted to do an X-ray there. HE HAD AN XRAY WHEN I CAME TO HIM because I was referred by my spine surgeon. I went to my orthopedic surgeon and he asked me with just a short exam, "What took you so long?". So I was in severe pain for months while Azzam "treated" me. My family can attest to the FACT that I could not walk at all without being bent over and holding onto things the entire time I was being "treated" by Azzam. I couldn't stand up or sit down without excruciating pain.. I needed a hip replacement which Azzam knew I needed from the start! This man must be blind or just doesn't care. You decide!”

“My first visit to Advanced Pain Management with Dr. Mohamad Azzam was definitely a 5 Star Visit. I was greeted from his staff with smiles and promptly finished up with paperwork and co-payment. Only a very short wait before being escorted into the exam room. This is where I met Dr. Azzam. He showed genuine concern on the amount of time I was in pain. Went over my X-rays and MRI results with me and all forms of medication and treatments I had already received. We discussed my options. This was on a Wednesday. I was scheduled to come back on Friday just two days later. I chose to get an injection in my SI joint to start treatment for my hamstring/sciatic nerve pain. I chose to have the injection without anesthesia. Truthfully, I was a nervous wreck, which I kindly explained to Dr. Azzam. He had a warm bedside manner and explained everything step by step. He was very gentle, and the best part is, it was not bad at all! I did experience some pain 1 hour after returning home. He told me this might happen. His nurse contacted me on the following Monday, assuring me everything I was experiencing was Normal! Each day I started feeling better and better. I feel I was 75% better after 1 week. Now it's been 2 Weeks and I feel I'm 100% pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Azzam. If you've tried PT, Chiropractic Care and manipulations, acupuncture & pain meds with no success, I suggest you give Advanced Pain Management a try!
