London truly listened to me and validated that my pain was real, which meant more than I can say. She has offered multiple treatment options and genuinely wants to help find what works best for me. The office staff has always been kind and welcoming, and they have been great about rescheduling when needed and working with my insurance to ensure I received the proper medications. I recently had trigger point injections, and London made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about this office.”

“I went to see Dr bell for pain management. He had started me on medication for my diffuse chronic pain from multiple conditions. Unfortunately I was admitted to the hospital and missed two appointments with them. Even with documentation from the hospital admissions, they dropped me as a patient. My only options now are to withdraw from the medication or to find another provider to pick me up last minute (yeah right..). I wish the office and their staff showed more empathy and understanding, as this whole situation was unprofessional and borderline negligent.”

The woman on the phone was flat out rude, but at least she was honest about their practice only utilizing injections, they don't have any other treatment options according to her. Didn't make it to talk to a doctor but when the staff tells you that right off the bat I'm at least thankful I didn't have my time and money wasted on junk medicine.”
