“Dr.Tiwari and his NPs did not treat me badly, they were overall kind. Samantha was the best one. Most of the time I felt like no one truly listened to me. I felt like I was just another patient on a conveyor belt and they were going through the motions. Dr.Tiwari did not review my MRI pictures, he simply read the radiologist report and went from there. The report stated I had disc bulge in my last 2 vertebrae and some narrowing. He told me that my MRI was "unremarkable" and gave me the impression at times that my symptoms were not from my back. He did do injections, which is probably what most people are there for, but they were overall very ineffective tor me. I was so so discouraged and in severe pain. The best thing he did for me was send me to a surgeon. I saw the surgeon after going to this clinic for 4 months and had 4 injections. The surgeon said your MRI is not normal or unremarkable. He showed me the pictures and showed and explained normal and then showed me a certain picture and pointed out a cyst in my spinal canal sitting right on my nerves. He said this is what is causing all of your pain and symptoms, we'll surgically remove it and all of this nerve pain will be gone. He said it is very clear. I am so thankful he was thorough and looked through my pictures and cared enough to find the actual problem. No one at this office cared enough, I was just another patient and from visit to visit my chart typically had wrong information from prior. I do not plan on ever returning, but I hope they read this and try to be better. If someone there would have just looked, I could have saved a lot of time, money, and months of suffering in severe pain.”
