Worst clinic ever! I have never been treated like this on the phone. I will not defend myself for needing pain medication for a physical impairment, nor should I have to. Everyone who is on pain medication is not seeking drugs to get high! These people, and that includes the manager are toxic and assuming instead of compassionate and professional. They are exactly the type of people who Should Not be in the medical business. Which is completely how they approach patients. All business! Instead of trying to help, they reveled in telling me what I was thinking, and why at every turn they could not assist me. From the wrong kind of insurance to the wrong kind of pain to actually cutting me off and accusing me of lying, they could not get me off the phone fast enough. They finally refused to qualify me even if all the stars in the universe lined up and hung up in my face! I feel sorry for anyone who goes to them. They most certainly will show you the door if you expect them to act professionally.

Excellent service and helped me on the first visit with relief from the pain I was in. Highly recommend this staff. A+ Edit - After going on the referral of the Dr I finally was able to get an MRI done and needed surgery. Now that I had my surgery I still am in pain and have been trying to get back in to see them and have g been able to even get an appointment scheduled for over a month. Stay away from them!

THIS ENTIRE PRACTICE IS A JOKE AND DR. DUNHAM IS AN UNSTABLE INDIVIDUAL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My father is a patient here and after a recent fall and other issues I've taken over managing things for him so I took him to his last appointment. He has been on 3 pills a day although they bumped down the dosage a while back. At this last appointment his dose was changed to 2 pills a day but the doctor did NOT inform me he made that change. So I continued giving my dad his medicine as usual. Then I noticed there were not enough pills and that's when I discovered it was changed to 2 pills. So I called the office to see why it changed and if they could give him something to get by until his next refill because he did not have enough. The woman in the office was VERY rude the entire time while insisting the doctor told us and that it's my fault for not reading the label. Which I admit I should have looked but to be honest I had no reason to look since I wasn't informed it would be changing but lesson learned. Anyways they wouldn't give him anything to get him by until his refill so his home health nurse (who is extremely sweet) called to try to get him something and she said the office lady was extremely rude to her as well. Also just to add they are knocking down his dose due to him being on oxygen but i spoke with his pulmonary doctor and he said there is no need to knock it. So today this same office lady called me to reschedule his appointment for next week from Monday to Wednesday. Well Wednesday didn't work well so she said it would then be NEXT Wednesday. I said he shouldn't have to go another week without his medicine and she again in a nasty and aggressive way asserted it was my fault he is out and if Wednesday didn't work then she could take him off the schedule PERMANENTLY. I told her she had a bad attitude and she says "Why because you didn't read the bottle?" No because she is a disgusting person and is threatening to take an innocent person off the schedule permanently. So I called back later and another lady answered. I told her I wanted to make a complaint on the other lady AND SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE LADY I WAS MAKING A COMPLAINT ABOUT. So nasty lady picks up the phone and I realized it was her and said I didn't want to talk to her. She then said "Then don't call back" and hung up on me. I don't think you can get more unprofessional than this woman. Then I called the Anderson office and I spoke to the clinical director about thr situation and she said we could have the pulmonary doctor send a form explaining that his dosage is not an issue for his condition, which he did. My mother ended up having to take my dad to the appointment (they are divorced but friendly) and Dr. Dunham was looking for a fight the moment they walked in. Granted I was not there for this interaction but both of my parents have the same account of what happened and have no reason to lie. Dunham was immediately rude and condescending about the entire situation and began SCREAMING at my parents and accused them of cussing at him (which I would be absolutely shocked to see either of my parents cuss at someone, they are not that kind of people). At one point while yelling Dunham stood up and my mother was afraid he was going to physically hit her. He then kicked them out of his office and my father still is without his pain medication. After speaking with the clinical director again I discovered Dunham FALSIFIED my father's records and stated that my parents were the ones that were extremely rude and cussing at him. THIS MAN IS UNSTABLE AND SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTHCARE! None of us have ever had any issues with a healthcare provider but after reading other reviews about this "doctor" it is no surprise we had issues with him. We will definitely be reporting him to the insurance and the board of health.
