“I'm from Orange County but I work up here so I try to find a doctor to help me out with my pain management every time I go in there they charge money I had to leave to go get the money before they would even see me and then they gave me a shot in my knee without even putting lidocaine on the shot just sticks the needle in me and laughs saying it's gonna hurt And I couldn't even walk out of the building. I've had many knee injections. This guy is by far the worst doctor, he's an Asian Kwok V front desk is very rude. Also they put me in collections. I have no Reason because I paid my visits, I only went twice. The second time was enough. This is the worst doctor in the high desert. This staff is terrible..”

“5/5 I am TERRIFIED of needles and having the thought of a needle near my spine is a scary thought. BUT I DID NOT FEEL A THING!! . Dr. Park was so friendly and caring. Right away I felt that I was in good hands. The staff was so nice and friendly as I was shacking from being nervous. Highly recommend for anyone that is in pain!”

“Front office staff were friendly. However, Dr. Park was arrogant and condescending. As a 70 yo widow, I felt this doctor lacked compassion and respect for me as a 'potential' patient. After initial consult (waited 2 1/2 HOURS!!!!), he told me to call back in 2 weeks to find out if he's going to 'accept' me as a patient. Called them today. I was told Dr. Park will NOT see me for pain mgt. because I don't want "injections".”
