“If I could, I would score her *no stars*!!!! This is one of the worst experiences me and my have ever encountered. Dr Hale came in the room, we advised her why was there. She said that she is a pain interventional Dr and wanted my wife to go thru pain alleviation procedures. We tried to explain to her that she went through these procedures years ago and that is why the first pain management Dr put her on medications. She was not hearing that. Then she told us we had to get a discharge letter from her last Dr for her to be seen by her. She told us we can get the letter and make our decision to see her or not. Then she asked did we pay our co-pay at the front desk. We advised her that she did not have a co-pay and she immediately left the room. Me and my wife was sitting there in the room with unbelieve on our face. We kept on sitting there waiting for someone to see us out. Nobody came. Me and my wife walked out the room. There was nobody insight, even the receptionist was gone. Even if we wanted to get the discharge letter from our last pain management Dr, we had no idea who to send it to. Me and my wife walked out of the door, got in the car, and left. VERY HORRIBLE AND HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! WE WILL NOT BE BE GOING BACK TO THIS DR EVER AGAIN!!! WE ENDED UP GOING TO THE ER FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.”

“Worst degrading health visit I have ever experienced. Nurse did not ask me about any of the paperwork or MRI reading with doctor's notes that I brought to my appointment from St. Charles emergency room. I also had all the records of the procedures and injections I have had here in Arizona. She did not even ask to look at them nor did she give me a chance to get a word in edgewise. I waited 15 minutes and Michelle came in and stated "my nurse says you want pain meds". I said "yes" I am in a lot of pain and my spinal fusion is not is not scheduled until March. She coldly stated "We don't do that here". Again she also never asked me about my back, pain or looked at any of the records I brought. I was treated with no respect and certainly with no sense of compassion. It was obvious she absolutely didn't care about me and did not want to waste her time. I left the office wondering why I was treated this way. I am 76, retired, worked in the educational field, worked for a lawyer, worked for two banks. I have a degenerative spine, I was looking for pain relief not my next fix! Michelle was highly recommended to me by a couple of my good friends. Puzzling and disappointed! I thanked the receptionist as I left, she was friendly, professional and caring.”

“Dr. Bajwa is an excellent surgeon. He met all my expectations. I saw him three times, 1st Visit evaluation re: major pain where he quickly determined I had serious issues, 2nd visit reviewed MRI results confirming I had serious issues recommending disc replacement surgery and 3rd visit post Op. Dr. Bajwa explained the surgical procedures in laymen terms and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Dr. Bajwa if you need pain management solutions.”

My wife could hardly walk she was in so much pain. Now, 2 short months after her surgery, Ruthie is acting as she did 35 years ago when we were first married. Ruth is 78 years old, I am 70.
