“I've been here at Advanced Pain Management - Metro for two months now and this is a good time to update my original review! I knew it.... Alex is wonderful, she truly listens to me when I talk and she gives my experiences and my observations about myself, thoughtful consideration.. As I suspected after our first meeting, she's a gifted, outstanding provider. I've never gotten the impression that she was running behind and had to rush through our appointment to get to her next patient. I believe she's truly committed to my wellbeing and she's properly educated and determined enough to make it happen. I'm having frequent appointments while we're getting procedures, treatments, and medication straightened out. I've made substantial improvements in my day to day abilities and the quality of my life. I'm very hopeful that my progress will continue. I haven't been this hopeful for so many years. If you like numbers the way that I like numbers, I'll give you mine now. I'd say I'm at 30/30. Overall, my day-to-day abilities have increased by at least 30% and my pain has decreased at least 30%. If you have severe chronic pain like I do, you'll understand the significance of those numbers. The office runs like a top, they are very efficient and they don't waste my time. With that said, if you make an appointment... Don't be late, I've been told that they do not see patients who are late. That's the only way to keep an office running like a top. Original review: Just finished my first appointment and so far so good. I feel very hopeful with Alexandra as my provider. We've already scheduled a procedure and some different medications and am awaiting the scheduling of physical therapy. I'll be updating my review as my nightmarish pain is relieved and I get a bit of my life back. I'm looking forward to earning decent money again! The office seems to run like a top! So be on time to any appointments you schedule!”
