“I found Dr. Aasen to be very incompetent. I was in severe pain. Told at the last minute that I had an appointment that day to have an vertebroplasty done. I was sedated and given fentanyl and then told he did not have all of the instruments needed to perform the procedure. The next day I had to call to find out i had yet another appointment that same day. I gave him one more chance. The procedure was done. He told me in recovery that he would prescribe me something for pain. When I checked my paperwork, there was no prescription and he had left for the day. The next day I had to call triage, they had to speak to the Dr. who then admitted that he "forgot"! I think advanced pain management is a wonderful place. They have always been good to me and my mother. But I find Dr. Aasen very incompetent.”
