The staff was gruff and dismissive, unhelpful and seemed to be completely disinterested, especially the provider. I will make my next visit back in Roseville, despite the longer drive. I wouldn't go here for anything.”

“I came to this clinic at one of the lowest points in my life, hoping for some relief from the constant, debilitating pain I've been living with for years. After a serious work injury involving my shoulder, I've been struggling with dislocations, torn tendons and ligaments, and a body that simply won't heal right. Despite trying every possible non-medication alternative--physical therapy, back rollers, TENS machines, creams, and non-opioid prescriptions--nothing has worked. I am in excruciating pain, and my shoulder has healed in a distorted, out-of-place way because I never got the proper orthopedic care I desperately needed. I came here with all the necessary documentation--MRIs, X-rays, paperwork from doctors outlining my injuries--and was hoping for a solution. Instead, I was turned away. I was told that I'd receive further imaging, but a week later, no one has contacted me. It felt like I was simply a number, with no genuine care or effort put into actually helping me. The lack of compassion and follow-through here is disappointing. This clinic seems more interested in its profits than in providing real care for people in pain. I expected much more, especially after sharing the severity of my situation. If you're looking for real help and support, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This place does not seem focused on the well-being of patients.”
