“Dr. Kraft and his office staff are outstanding professionals. They are always considerate and pleasant. Most recently, Dr. Kraft and his staff helped me tremendously. They went "above and beyond" to help me with the ongoing intermittent shortage of opioids. The Walgreens Chief Pharmacist unexpectedly did not receive his weekly shipment of 10 mg. Hydrocodone which I have been taking daily for the past 13 years for a very bad back with severe chronic pain that is only totally controlled with 10 mg. Hydrocodone. The morning of the day my prescription was to be filled the pharmacist told me to come to the pharmacy after 4pm when his weekly shipment of narcotics would arrive. At 5pm when I went to Walgreens the pharmacist told me that no 10mg. Hydrocodone was shipped to his pharmacy. He told me that 7.5 mg. Hydrocodone did arrive and that if Dr. Kraft would send him a new prescription for that lower dose that he would be able to provide that strength to me. Like Dr. Kraft the pharmacist went out of his way to help me. I was able to call Dr. Kraft's office and few past 5pm and the staff at his office went out of their way to contact Dr. Kraft at home after hours. Dr. Kraft was incredible. From his home that evening, he sent a new prescription to Walgreens which I picked up the next morning. Wow. What great and extraordinary service from Dr. Kraft to get me my medicine. I am 72 years old and a retired pharmacist and I realize how much extra work Dr. Kraft, his office staff and the Walgreens pharmacist did to help me. Also, I have rarely received such incredible service from a physician, his staff and the pharmacist. I cannot thank all of them enough, especially Dr. Kraft and his office staff. Thank you all VERY much. You are all amazing.”

“RUDE!!! Last year I got in a car accident they never even called me back til like 4 months later for my apt. This time they keep rescheduling and or canceling my apts! They said they prescribed my steroids' 3 times as of yesterday CVS still had nothing! The girls in the office the older one I think her name is Angie hung up on me and when i called her back they didn't answer.
