“Not a place for anyone with children especially single parents. They are now having everyone sign saying if you miss appointments especially with little to no notice that you agree to pay $50-$100 on top of insurance costs. I get the no notice but people, especially kids, get sick during the school year. Last I checked germs and viruses dont ask to be penciled in. If you refuses to sign, they refuse to treat. Im not sure why they still require masks because they clearly don't care if you are infectious or not. Place is so shady anymore, most places in Poplar Bluff no longer fill scripts anyway.”

“Just found out that a Dr. Scott in PB that my elderly and disabled mother saw for her intractable and untreated chronic pain and nerve damage in her lower spine recommended this place. Thanks for the heads up with the reviews. My mom is fragile and has dementia. She is declining and all I wanted is for her to have a little bit of a quality of life before she passes. Places like this Advanced Pain clinic have zero empathy and the reviews tell me that.. She can't sit for long in waiting rooms and she is unable to control her emotions. She is suffering a slow and painful death and none of her doctors care. Obviously, since Dr. Scott recommended this place and it's bottom line is money. Heartbreaking.”

“Wife's regular doctor wants her to see a pain management specialist. They faxed a referral to these quacks twice, bother times whoever the rude female receptionist is denied that they ever received them. Wife got copies of her referral along with copies of her records that the pain management doctor would require and called them again . The rude woman who answered the phone said they can't do it like that and once again denied ever receiving a fax from the regular doctor...my wife had stood there and WATCHED the fax being sent. My wife started to ask here HOW she could get an appointment and the woman hung up on her! I won't let her go to this ignorant so-called "doctor" even if they begged after being treated so rudely! I'd read numerous bad reviews on them but we're trying to get an appointment closer to where we live and figured we'd at least give them a chance but no chance of that now!”
