On one appointment to the Arlington Heights location which was new for me, I ran over 15 minutes late. the office still encouraged me to come and saw me in a timely manner. The nurse was super friendly and explained things well and a good listener. I went for knee injections of cortisone and gel. They use an ultrasound to look at the knee before injections. That is actually why I went to this office. Later found out this was the same doctor that a friend of mine was telling me was so personable. And yes, Dr. Macrinici is very personable, listens well, and is very assuring. He is sincere and wants the best outcome for his patients. I do recommend him and his office for pain relief.”
