The wait time was a bit much being that I was in pain sitting- but it wasn't a super long wait. I could have appreciated being offered a water. Am I the only person who gets really thirsty while waiting more than 30 minutes?”

“I have never had a problem with any of the staff until today. I usually see Barbara Ellis,APN, who is wonderful and has treated me so kind, caring,listened to my complaints, and has always been honest with me and done her very best to take the best care of me as possible. Honestly, there was a time when I was mis-using my hydrocodone and Barbara called me out on my bad behavior. I appreciated her honesty & she took the time to talk with me and made sure that I understood why I had to be placed on other alternative medicines besides Hydrocodone, and I had absolutely no problem with her or her care! In addition Jordan and Cynthia are always so nice,patient,caring and they always have a smile for you no matter what!!! HOWEVER, TODAY I had the most HORRIBLE experience seeing Christopher Jarvis, APN, for the first time. I was honest about the fact that a family member had stolen some of my pain medicine which I had kept in my dresser drawer. Therefore, I was told that he would have to contact Dr Ryan Stuckey and ask if I could continue taking my previous prescription for 10mg Hydrocodone QID PRN, because now there was a safety issue because my medicine had been stolen from me which has never happened to me ever before. The result was that I was taken off of my Hydrocodone prescription which is the only medicine that provides me any relief from the chronic pain I have in my lower back and my right hip down into my toes. I have severe Osteoporosis and have had multiple musculoskeletal fractures, some requiring surgical repair, and I rely on the daily hydrocodone for pain relief and the ability to move and walk without such difficulty. I understand there is a pain contract, however I feel that I have been unfairly penalized because of someone else's theft of my medicine. I attempted to talk with Christopher Jarvis as well as requested a phone call from Dr Ryan Stuckey in the hopes of reaching some kind of compromise but I was not contacted at all! I made sure that Christopher Jarvis was aware that the "Pain Patches I have previously been prescribed" did not offer me any bit of pain relief. I also told him that I was currently filing for disability and that changing my medication would negatively affect my chances of being awarded disability. I felt completely ignored and uncared about as a patient there which has never happened before and I've been a patient at this clinic since 2023! BY TAKING ME OFF OF MY DAILY PRESCRIPTION OF HYDROCODONE, MY QUALITY OF LIFE IS COMPLETELY BEEN ALTERED FOR THE WORSE! I WILL NOT HAVE ANY RELIEF OF MY CHRONIC PAIN, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WALK, GET UP & DOWN, OR DO ANY ACTIVITY WITHOUT SEVERE DIFFICULTY & I WILL MOVE MUCH SLOWER NOW! I WILL OFTEN WAKE UP DURING THE NIGHT DUE TO CHRONIC PAIN SO NOW I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY MORE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS! THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IF I HAD SEEN MISS BARBARA ELLIS, APN, BECAUSE SHE TRULY CARED ABOUT HER PATIENTS! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT EVEN HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TALK ABOUT THIS WITH DR STUCKY! THEREFORE, I AM EXTREMELY DEVASTATED & MOST LIKELY I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR FUTURE MEDICAL HELP WITH MY CHRONIC PAIN MANAGEMENT AND RELIEF! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEING CHRISTOPHER JARVIS, APN, AT ALL, FOR ANYTHING AS HE IS UNCARING, NON COMPASSIONATE, AND DOESNT APPEAR TO TRULY CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS NEEDS! I AM VERY UPSET THAT I WAS TAKEN OFF OF MY HYDROCODONE WHICH I HAD BEEN TAKING SATISFACTORY FOR 3 MONTHS UNDER BARBARA ELLIS, APN, & PLACES ON BUPROPRION PATCHES WHICH PROVIDE ME ZERO RELIEF. I WAS NOT OFFEREED ANY DETAILED EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THIS DECISION HAD BEEN MADE AFTER BEGGING FOR AN EXPLANATION, NOR WAS ANY OTHER PAIN RELIEF MEDICATION ALTERNATIVE OFFERED TO ME!”
