“Dr. Lingham was kind, considerate and is always working with the patient. I went with my spouse and it was my second appointment in 4 months. He listened and we talked about the specifics of how to move forward. He didn't look at a computer once. It was more like a meeting to share information. He is soft spoken, kind and sensitive. I am currently trying some different methods to deal with pain but I wanted to share where I am at. I may be back to him if I don't make progress. “I simply do not understand the negative reviews for Dr. Ligham and the staff at his clinic. The first day I went in he spent over an hour listening to me and really caring to make suggestions and take into account what I wanted. He met me with for an urgent consult to make sure that his office notes supported what my insurance needed to approve a therapy just because he believed it would help me. He has offered to manage my meds or allow my current doctor to do so and even recommended medical marijuana to improve my quality of life. He also has responded to my emails with questions very promptly. Additionally, Brittany his prior-authorization helper has gone out of her way to help me achieve a chance at the procedure I will try on Saturday. Really, be honest and open and he will listen and help you.”
