Advanced Bone & Joint - Pain Management in O'Fallon, Missouri

“My athlete high school children received great care at Advanced Bone & Joint so I knew to request AB&J for treatment after I suffered a knee injury. If you are considering care and/or surgery in the orthopedic realm, I highly recommend Advanced Bone & Joint and Dr. Dane Glueck. This was my personal experience spring 2023: AB&J coordinated efficiently from the first day my knee was examined by Dr. Dane Glueck who would later perform my surgery at the St. Peters Ambulatory Surgical Center that sits next to an Advanced Bone & Joint facility. Dr. Glueck introduced himself to me and shared his credentials/background. He inquired about me and my lifestyle. AB&J has a large group of surgeons, many of whom have a specialty. Logically Dr. Glueck would perform the surgery since he is an accomplished surgeon in meniscus root tear repairs. I was fortunate to have him perform arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Glueck is scheduled at all three AB&J locations which are conveniently located in St. Charles County near interstates. He has certain surgery days as well as the flexibility of performing ambulatory surgeries. I assume other surgeons have a similar rotation. He explained the process of my surgery (and provided pictures afterwards) and asked if I had questions at every visit which he answered at pre and post-op visits. He was confident with his informative answers. Dr. Glueck took my feedback regarding pain, care, employment, etc. into consideration when making assessments and decisions. I could communicate with AB&J staff 24/7 through their patient portal. They responded promptly. Before visits I always received text reminders and when I left the appointments I had the appropriate paperwork/info. Dr. Glueck and his team were dedicated to the process of getting me safely back to living fully. He encouraged me that I could recover and resume my active lifestyle by doing the physical therapy work. After 3.5 months of PT, I was pain free & my restrictions were lifted. I am well on my way and continue to build strength, flexibility, & mobility. Many thanks to Dr. Glueck, Lori, & Michelle as well as the behind the scenes surgery and support staff of Advanced Bone and Joint for giving me the opportunity to live my life again!
