What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“The doctor and acting doctor displayed unprofessional and dismissive attitudes throughout my visits. They were not welcoming, nor did they demonstrate empathy or understanding toward my medical condition or the level of pain I am experiencing. Instead, I felt judged. As a new patient to pain management, I was unfamiliar with how different medications could interact. During my first screening, two medications appeared in my system that were not prescribed by this clinic. Once this was explained to me, I complied fully with their instructions and did not repeat the issue. Despite this, my prescribed medication was immediately cut in half and then further reduced to a level where I had to rely on over-the-counter Tylenol just to function. This occurred after my very first visit. Although I considered transferring to another clinic, I returned because this location is conveniently close to my home and I followed all stated rules and guidelines moving forward. My second drug screening came back showing full compliance. Nevertheless, after my third visit, I was abruptly discharged from the practice. I was only provided with 1 1/2 prescriptions total and now must urgently find another pain management clinic while still dealing with chronic, high-level pain. This experience left me feeling unsupported, dismissed, and placed at risk due to the sudden interruption of care. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who are new to pain management or who require compassionate, understanding medical treatment.”

“This office was a complete waste of time and effort. My relative was referred here by her doctor to receive a much-needed prescription, and was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive it. That delay is unacceptable, especially for someone in her condition. My relative is wheelchair-bound, and it took a great deal of physical effort and preparation for her to attend this appointment. To go through all of that only to leave without any help was both frustrating and disheartening. If you need timely, attentive medical care or reliable communication from the provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office clearly lacks the organization and compassion patients deserve.”

“I love Dr. Manchreddy but they make it so hard to be seen in urgent cases. I've been going here for 3 years now and have not missed but maybe 2 appts this entire time. I was late this morning, mistakenly thinking that my appt was for a later time and when I called back, I got nothing but attitude from the front staff. I came in in-person to speak to a doctor or nurse and wasn't even allowed to do that. I was lied to about a doctor being there. This is completely unacceptable. I tried last week to talk to yall about my recent car accident and was told I needed to wait until my next appt even though this is causing me new pain in my shoulder and neck. I'm so disappointed with this treatment.”

“Been coming to this practice since 2017 and by far one of the best Doctors I have ever experienced in my life. I'm a disabled veteran who have received care and treatment all over the world in Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, Kuwait, Germany, Korea and many many more countries. Dr. Manchireddy treats all her patients like family. You're just not another number or patient there. She also cares about your overall quality of care. Not just what you're being treated for.”
