“I had always like Dr. Katabay when he was my mom's Dr. But when I went to see him the first time in 2021 he wanted me to do his injection instead of allowing my Orthopedic Surgeon do surgery on my back. Dr. Katabay never even looked at my xrays or MRI. So I went ahead with the surgery it was the best decision I made. I still am a patient the only issue I have is i have never seen Dr. Katabay again in the last almost 4 yrs. I seen the Physicians Assistant every 3 months. If I need any changes she puts me on hold ( we have virtual appointments that i love) she goes back talks to Dr. Katabay then comes back and tells me what he says. Now the Physicians Assistant is really good but can I see my Dr.sometimes. Now if I agree to the injections I would see him. I do have to admit if a mistake was making on ur script that was sent in or the pharmacy is out of ur meds and u need to have another script sent someone else and the office is closed u call the emergency on call. The Dr. sends a new script within a couple hours. U don't go without ur medicine.”

“Dr Katabay is by far got the best bedside manner of anyl doctor I've ever encountered. He makes you feel at ease, and he believes your pain, without acting like you are somehow looking for medication. He just wants to help you feel better. He offers many ways to help besides medication's. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, when they do procedures They make sure that you are sedated and comfortable unless you don't want sedation. You don't have to have it. I give this place five stars because it is the best doctors office overall that I've ever been to with the doctor and the staff and the office all combined is an excellent place for your care.”

“Whoever complained about never seeing him at all there appointments. I love him!!! I have severe issues and damage. that I was going through so many changes the last 4 years.., I had a doctor in Wooster hospital telling me that he will remove when he can.Basali didn't realize or listen to me than I could not even gett epideral with the birth of my 8 year old. And he's got my nerve damage so much worse according to testing. I can't thank Dr katabay and his nurse for caring for me. God bless them! They have saved my life and self esteem in so many ways.He didn't turn his back on me..I can't thank Dr Katabay enough he stands up for righr and wrong hand really feel blessed for you and can't thank you enough.I have a eight year ild that's hoping to get to the beach b and camping on a extra ultra matress. She is starting to see enough difference and that alone makes me the happiest mother in the world. Bless your hearts for believing in me and being so kind and understanding is”
