“I liked the Tulsa clinic better than the muskogee clinic. They have nice receptionist in tulsa. Muskogee receptionist are hateful. Except 1 lady she's very sweet & helpful. The nurses are very good & the nurse practitioner is sweet. I don't get to see my dr starsky over there though because I can only go there on certain days, because of unavailability to get someone to bring me to my appointment. I can't drive myself, so usually my daughter can only bring me on Wednesdays , cause its her day of at her job. When I came for my appointment this time I had to come to tulsa because dr starsky does his injections in tulsa on Wednesdays. The injections he does in muskogee he does on Mondays & my daughter has to work on that day. I wish I could see him more often, but because of my transportation problem I can't. Also it is very hard to get ahold of the nurses when you need to contact them. Especially if its something that needs to be addressed quickly. I can only get a hold of answering service that directs me to a voice service to leave a message at & it says they cant get to phone right now because thier either on the phone or with a patient & tell u to leave a message & they will call you back & that it will take at least 48 hours before they can call you back. I,ve never actually got a call back that I remember. It's hard to get through if your gonna try to change an appointment or to tell them your running late but you are on your way. I come from stilwell so I often have problems of being late a few minutes. I really need to speak to a person not a machine, because they charge a no call no show of $50 if u don't get ahold of them. Or if you need to change an appointment day to another, because those cost $150 fee. I can usually get ahold of a nurse just for help such as this & her name is Bree. She is a wonderful person & I think God for her always. She is a sweetheart & God sent help. Thank you to her.”

“This pain clinic is very good. They remember you after a few visits. You aren't treated like cattle, checked in, herded into a room, the nurse or technician sees YOU, you are more than a name on a chart. They ask about your hobbies, whether you're safe at home, if you have external support and they DO NOT just throw pills at your problem. If you have a medication that isn't working after a month TELL THEM! They will try to find something that does! I have an absorption anomaly and not everything works on me. If I take something for a prolonged period of time, I basically become immune to it. They understand this and try to find alternatives to help. I have a degenerative bone disease and a calcium conversion anomaly and several other genetic markers that makes some medicines a waste of time and money, this group knows, asks, and helps the patient with alternatives to "just throw a pill at it, see if it works". My back was broken at my atlanta-occiptal joint, cervical spine, thoracic, and lumbar regions, my pelvis was dislocated, later they found deterioration of my neck that wasn't being treated. They are very througal in their assessments and listen to you and answer your questions.”

“The check in excellent. The receptionist who helped me was a delight to speak to. She was so kind. I saw Dr. Fulp. This man is very knowledgeable in so many areas. I discussed my pressure ulcer with him and he gave me more knowledge than any of the previous doctors who treated it with me. His personality who very good. You don't feel like your talking to another doctor. Your talking to someone who is seeing you and listening to you. Who makes you feel comfortable and talks directly to you with an abundance of knowledge. It was a pleasure to visit with him. I was shocked by his vast knowledge he shared with me. Now I would love to find a primary care doctor who reminds me of him and my primary care doctor in saw for over 16 years before he retired.
