“I've seen Dr Das for about 2 years now and I've never had a bad experience until today. Dr Das is great, however the office staff (especially the two receptionists working today) will treat you like absolute trash. They will tell you you're lying, and then yell at you when you show them proof. They will do this in front of other patients as well. I left that office in tears today over something as stupid as a phone call. I won't be going back. I've already requested my records to see someone else. The office staff need to do better or change their careers. I've never been so mad in my life.”
