“I contacted this doctors office in early May for ongoing severe back pain when I arrived in Connecticut for the summer. The PA sent me for an MRI which took a month. Then another month to see the doctor for review. He recommended an ablation. I was told I had to wait for them to clear it with insurance. I'm still waiting at the end of September.
