“This office has zero respect for their patients. Second visit I waited for over an hour to go over my MRI results. When I got in to see the Nurse Practitioner Maria Aguiar she was curt and rude to the point where I walked out. I filed a complaint with South Coast. Dr. Phillips called me to apologize. I came back in and waited another 45 minutes in the waiting room. When I went to the window the admin assistant tried to tell me I had the wrong time. (Which I didn't) and even if I did they were still 15 minutes late on that time. I was scheduled an appointment for early August to which the called and told me they had to reschedule well into September. When I told the assistant that enough was enough and I was all set and would be going to a different doctor she was condescending and rude. If I could give this office zero stars I would!!”

“I had an appointment on February 20th, 2023 to finally have an evaluation done for ADHD. The appointment went well, the people at the front desk were kind and welcoming, and the evaluation itself was done in a very professional, educational manner so I could understand everything that was being done and why it was being done. At the end of the evaluation, Dr. Dorn said I would have a letter sent to my PCP as well as to my home including notes about the evaluation and his diagnosis. He said I would have this letter in "five to seven days". Now, normally I would think that I was the one in the wrong. Maybe he said 57 days and not 5-7 because it's now May 9th, 2023 and still no letter. But, after the evaluation, he said my PCP should "receive the letter by this time next week." So realistically she should have had it by February 27th in that case. I've called multiple times over the last few weeks only to be told the notes aren't finished yet. The only explanation I've been given is that Dr. Dorn is "old school." I didn't know old school meant he still carved words into stone because that's the only way I can see these notes not being done. Not only that, but now they act like I'm bothering them whenever I call. I just need these notes I've been waiting 2.5 months for so I can move on with my life and get my ADHD under control so my everyday life isn't a complete struggle anymore.”

I have never had to wait long which is very important to me because I have an extra busy life single mom of three work 50 hrs a week! She returns calls timely she is just over a pleasure to have had a doctor! I would recommend her to anyone.
