“Dr. Tian is very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. All staff was very helpful and professional. Looking forward to having my neck problem resolved.”

“Complete waste of time at this practice. This doctor was cold and uncaring. Stayed in the room with me for maybe 4 mins and didn't come near me. Basically told me my issue is I'm too overweight and don't walk enough and that's why I hurt. 4 days later I was finally diagnosed via an MRI with MS. Disgusting excuse of a doctor who should be ashamed of himself. I understand MS can be hard to diagnose and I had an array of specialists helping me. I get that he may not specialize in this, but it was evident it was more than just being fat.”

“This visit was a complete waste of my time, and I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I learned nothing about the cause of my pain, with no direction from the Dr. for follow up actions. The Dr. did not address my neck pain issue, other then to vaguley mention the term "shneck" (some convolution of shoulder and neck) - just a reflection of extremely poor bedside manner. In my view, he did not take my condition seriously, since it did not - to him - directly involve vertibra in my neck or spine, so no precedures would be forthcoming. But even if he felt he could not help me, he did not even go so far as to suggest a possible casue to my pain, or any real course I could follow towards a resolution. It is very clear Univ Ortho is a meat market - move patients in and out quickly. I asked the assistant how many patients he sees in an hour, and they said 10 - 6 min per. My experience reflects this.”

“Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable about my procedure. They all made me feel at ease and comfortable. Afterwards my pain has subsided dramatically. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.”
