“I have been less than impressed with this office. I was referred by my rheumatologist, and then sent for x rays, mris and nerve studies. I was then met with the PA who didn't seem confident that the recommended injections would work, but that he'd review with the doctor and call me on it. I never received that call. I arrived for my injection, was never explained anything regarding the procedure even after expressing my nervousness. I experienced excruciating pain, was in tears and I seemingly was told to "please just breathe" and felt very little support towards my discomfort. After my first injection I was given a second one which I didn't even know I was getting.. never knew I was being given two. Needless to say I walked out disappointed and terrified. I'd highly reconsider this office. I wish I did, but I took anoth ruler doctors word and let my nerves get the best of me. I'll never be back and I will never put myself through this again.”

“I had a troubling experiences with Dr. Forzani last year and Dr. Clifford Doiron this year at Dr. Johar-- Noss Neurosurgery office in Waterbury. Despite debilitating pain for over three years, Dr. Forzani and Dr. Clifford Doiron refused to prescribe effective pain relief, offering medication that didn't alleviate my pain and injections Dr. Doiron admitted would not completely resolve my issue. My complaints and requests for effective alternatives were disregarded, resulting in prolonged suffering and worsening of my condition. Dr. Clifford explicitly dismissed my needs for a stronger medication, prioritizing his concerns about addiction over my chronic pain stating "I don't want you to get hooked on anything." I've decided to seek a new doctor and advise potential patients to carefully consider their options.”
