“I was there today 2/24/25 and from check-in to check-out I have to say was all good. Nurse's were great, compassionate and very helpful and caring. My appt was for 10 am and didn't wait long to see Dr Tokarz for the injections in my back. Everything was explained to me what was being done. I really have no complaints and just hope these work.”

“Terrible service. My appointment was at 10 AM. It is 1132 and I'm still have not been seen by the doctor. Terrible terrible service. Where is the doctor? That's been over an hour and a half half and I still have not been seen. This is ridiculous. This is all to build the insurance here so unless you want to come and spend 3 to 4 hours just to get seen this is terrible service. They need to fix the service department in this building for pain management ridiculous”

“The staff and nurses are great but the Doctors leave a lot to be desired. No compassion and I've had 4 strokes!!! I can't walk without a walker or wheelchair my back and legs hurt so bad. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours of sleep a night. They had a great doctor but he retired. And be prepared to be there for hours for an appointment. Good luck!!!”
