“I have been a patient at Reclaim Ability for a few years already. I always schedule with Lori Huntsinger because she is a beautiful person with a great deal of compassion for my complex spine issues. Lori is so easy to talk to and incredibly kind. She never makes you feel rushed or that you don't matter as a person like some other doctors office's. And if there is a problem with anything she makes sure it gets settled. I can't say enough about her sweet personality, but she is the best APN that I have ever come across!!! It's obvious that she cares deeply about your condition and does everything to make you feel at home!!! Also every one else who works alongside this business is also very kind. Good care today today is hard to find, but at Reclaim ability they treat you like a human being and for that I am grateful. My only issue is the call center. They never get back to you in a timely manner, but with the portal it makes the patients life so much better. And by the way, everyone that I have had to engage with especially the Doctors are also incredible. I would recommend this place of business to anyone who is seeking great care!!!”
