“I have seen many doctors in several cities for my back pain and can say that the doctors here listen with compassion and a thoroughness that is unmatched. Dr. Lee always does such a thorough job on my procedures and also is fun to talk to. Since coming here my pain has only continued to improve. While the office can get busy at times I would rather drive far to this clinic than go elsewhere where they rush through their patients. I will happily drive further to be seen by attentive and thorough doctors rather than go somewhere close where I am only seen for five minutes. A lot of free parking and easy to make appointments.”

“Been fighting with insurance companies for years for an mri on my back due to years of chronic back pain getting worse. Finally gets approved. However I have had nothing but problems with this office. From them waiting until the day before my initial appointment to tell me they didn't receive the referral for my first appointment, to running the wrong insurance not once but twice, to saying they don't have the results of my MRI when I have both the dictated radiologist report and the physical disc with the mri images on it. I just simply no longer trust these people. Just awful. I suppose there's a reason I take the trip to Boston for specialists and it looks like I'll be going there for my back as well.”
