“I am unable to make an appointment after they asked where I lived and what insurance I had. Donna emailed me back and said "The Dr's schedule is closed for new complex patients". Really unfortunate and disappointing that the "Center for Complex Conditions" can't see a new complex patient! Edit: You never mentioned I would be on a cancellation list your only reply was "The Dr's schedule is closed for new complex patients". Therefore, you made it seem like Dr. Chopra was never taking anymore patients. As far as you taking me off the cancellation list, thank you. Your lack of care and empathy shows greatly.”
