“I would never return to this place it's an embarrassing how they supposed to keep patients private info to them self but not with me they took urine twice saying they found cociane in my urine I don't do that bs drug never I told them I smoke weed everyday day and night I smoke Marijuana they ruined it with my surgery doctor yes I had neck and spine surgery a pinched nerve in my spine they gave me meds twice I told them I don't do that cociane so doctor says it probably laced in my weed I only see my guy or I get from dispenser now my doctor spine surgery says no I'm not gonna be your pain management doctor no medication pain for me they say it's weird well to me 2 I didn't know I had that in my urine cociane bs if weed is laced I don't know.so now I have to live with spine and neck pain I'm really hurting but they all agreed on letting me suffer with pain it's bs you people aren't right giving my information out to other doctors I'm so embarrassed going into doctor office today they all knew but it's bs never again discard all my information and any records your office has of me thank you for bs ya they dismissed me.”
