“They are so unprofessional. When asking questions about my medical care, the office manager felt as if she was qualified to answer medical questions and refused to pass on the message to the provider. Also decided to put in my chart that I'm not allowed to be seen because of no call no shows. I did have a no call no show but not the amount of times that she relayed to the doctor. I called several times to speak to the doctor and clearly the message wasn't sent.”
