“The dr spent extremely little time with me and did not listen in the most elemental ways. There seemed to be an assumption that I would be seeking narcotics, which I was not. The dr had not reviewed records that I sent ahead of time and despite my telling him repeatedly that I had sent them already, told the front desk person to order my records. The whole experience was dehumanizing and just strange and unhelpful and rushed. I moved from another state where pain management was handled much more professionally and respectfully.”
