Patient Testimonials

Extremely disappointed, had to leave practice because of the new employee who unfortunately replaced Betsy. Both my physical therapy (several months now) & medication regimen (same as the past 20 years) were set to continue to improve my quality of life since my spinal injury amongst others have completely ruined said quality, health & mobility. I was planning on getting a brace as soon as the practice begins fitting them as I am in dire need of assisted posture correction, thus further preventing spikes in pain. All of this progress gets thrown out the window as soon as at one appointment (whilst everyone else was busy/on vacation), I get stuck with the new guy who decides he wants to upend the set treatment plan & go with what "he sees fit". After this appointment, I had an extremely foreboding feeling (also realizing I knew him from elsewhere with a similar condescending/unpleasant experience) & asked to NOT be scheduled to see him under any circumstances, insisted on only seeing my usual two doctors, David & Eli. Appointment comes up on 7/31 (I had to book weeks past my normal once a month as only the new employee was available otherwise), I come in & against my wishes I am informed that I will instead be seeing exactly whom I do NOT want to see due to scheduling conflict. I should have just rescheduled to see David/Eli upon hearing this but didn't think of it as all that was now on my mind is overwhelming dread, felt like vomiting as knowing I'd have to deal with this guy was that bad! After an extremely uncomfortable extended wait (45-60mins), a nurse I've never met calls me back....nasty attitude & look as soon as I sit down, not what I'm used to coming here. Usually I'm greeted by the same couple friendly nurses. Oh not this one, exact opposite of the norm. Stares at me as if I just insulted her when giving my height/weight, didn't even bother with vitals. Great, someone with an axe to grind & chip on the shoulder. At this point I decided it would be a good idea to get my phone out & start recording as soon as the following interaction occured..... She starts to grill me about why I'm there if I don't need a refill, said "It was filled yesterday, I'm just here for my required monthly follow-up". "Wait, wait, how'd you get this script?" "As usual I tell the pharmacy I need a refill & they filled it, what's the problem?" "NO, NO, NO...YOU WAIT RIGHT HERE!" In strolls the new employee(the indian guy whose name isn't listed nor do I care to speak it), same condescending aura fills the room. "You know you commited a felony, right?" "What are you talking about?" He's goes on driveling nonsense repeating "You're lucky I don't have you arrested for this." Why all this nonsense? Riteaid had been sending refill requests to both my pc & their office, filling whichever came first. I explained back in February this happens, no issue then. Only one was filled per month, nothing wrong there, never did "anything illicit" nor did I try filling both. Regardless, he who shall not be named continued with the felon nonsense until I spoke up & said "IF I DID ANYTHING ILLEGAL, CALL THE POLICE RIGHT NOW & HAVE ME ARRESTED!" Nurse Ratchet says "You have your script, go find a new dr before it needs to be refilled next month." It took MONTHS to even get the form 43/book an appointment here, clearly she either hasn't gone through this process (or more likely simply doesn't care) as you can't just magically go to a new provider in 28 days. I again insist they call the police for the alleged crime. Once the door opened, both h.w.s.n.b.n & nursee change their tune to "What are you talking about? Leave." I repeat the words on my way out, they play dumb. Then the realization hits, new guy wanted me to look irrational for a reason to discharge. Knowing I'd raise a stink after being accused/told I'd be arrested, did just that then followed me out saying "What are you talking about?" Thankfully I have proof of the incident.

First off I would like to begin by saying. Dr Levy is heaven sent. He took the time to listen to my problems and discuss a treatment plan. I have been feeling and doing better since my treatments with Dr. Levy. Is part of a amazing team. From the first time you walk in the staff is outstanding. I've also had the pleasure of being seen by Betsy King! Her compassion gose beyond expectations. I have never had a doctor and staff take the time to relate to a patient. I will recommend this team to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Even though the practice is new the team at the office had come from another company, and have been together forever. I was a patient of theirs as well, at the other office. I love these people! The receptionist Fatma is great. Dania is one one of the Medical assistant and my favorite. She has a great personality and is professional in her job. The APRN'S and PA's, Beth, Betsy and Alison really have care about the patients and are great at what they do. I am so happy Dr. Levi went back into private practice, and brought his team with him!! I have been a patient of his for about 12 years. He is an amazing Dr. I would highly recommend him and his team for pain management!! They really know their doing!!
