“I called this office 3 and a half weeks ago, sent over my referral from my doctor and waited. About a week later, I called the office and asked when I was going to get an appointment. Now I was told they were waiting for my medical records. I asked when they requested them, and she said oh, just this morning. I'll call when we get them and we will schedule an appointment. Well, I've never heard from them. I told them how much pain I was in, but apparently that doesn't matter. The office personnel should be replaced! This, unfortunately is a reflection on the doctors, which is too bad, because they have very good reviews.”
