“If i could give negative stars i would but if you are thinking of going here for pain run away. This clinic use to be great but now it's the worst clinic I have ever been too they don't care about their patients. They never answer the phone they don't call people back the staff there are so incompetent. There is no care here it says open arms but it's definitely is not if you have issues with them call the Colorado medical board and Medicaid there is no reason to treat people the way they do especially when your in pain Let's get them shut down”

“I'm very happy with the clinic where I go for trigger point injections and medication to treat degenerative disc disease in my neck. Shannon is a caring and competent provider. I'm seen within 5 to 10 minutes of arrival.”

“Edit: gone from two star to a one star review now. And here's why.: I don't really appreciate how the "owner"has responded to everybody else's negative review, but not mine. This is what happens when pain clinic start to make a lot of money and they realize that they don't really have to give a crap about their patients quality of care anymore. I was about to give 5 stars before my appointment this week. I've been going here for about 5 months, and it was great at first. But when I walked in there yesterday, something was amiss. First, the guy who usually checks me in wasn't there. The lady filling in had her back to me checking out another patient, and I wasn't even greeted when I came to the counter. She turns around and is just like "are you checking in"? No "hello, how are you today?" The warmth and friendliness that was once here is now gone. So, anyway....I've always liked my provider....until today when I asked for a med increase (a whole 2.5 mg mind you ) she basically insinuated that all I was doing was popping pills for pain and not taking any Epsom baths or doing exercise or anything else that might help me. She didn't ask me what else I do for my pain, she just assumed and instead, she begins talking about how she has "patients who won't do anything but pop pills and won't even take a Tylenol if they don't have their opioids, blah blah blah..." as if I'm one of those people. This was very much unappreciated, and frankly, it pissed me off, because I've never ever abused my opioids, which I have been off and on for the past 30 years, and I do many other things for my pain besides just pop pills. Instead of asking me "Hey, China Cat, what else are you doing for your pain besides popping the pills and using the film I give you?" But no. Instead, I just got a lecture on how her patients "misbehave" with their pain meds. In the waiting room, there is an absolute overabundance of aromatherapy in the air. This is something new I've never smelled before, and I hate it. I am fragrance sensitive and it gives me headaches. Fragrances and aromatherapy don't belong in doctor's offices! The country music blasting in there is not cool. I don't wanna hear country music when I go to my doctor, not everybody likes country music. The new "Late Policy Change" is kind of nasty, too. "ZERO TOLERANCE"? Like, don't punish your entire patient base because SOME PEOPLE can't be on time. I read this while I was waiting to be checked out. Lady had her back turned to me again. I stood there forever. I walked into the room where they do the UAs and asked the two workers back there if I needed to test, said I'd been standing at checkout and wasn't being helped. They acted all pissy, no smiles on their faces, rude...like I was BOTHERING THEM. I don't like the general attitude here anymore. I'll be seeking out a new provider now.”

“Worst practice ever horrible staff very rude they don't care about their patients I emailed the manager and looks to me he's no good either I mean shows what kind of practice your running if people keep complaining about Melissa rockhold and how rude and uneducated she is in the field and he still keeps her there might be something going on there. if you experienced bad service here contact Medicaid and the medical board”
