What does that have to do with me not having an appointment now because people are too lazy to call you to set up an appointment. Now I have to wait till the day after Christmas I am not happy. It's clear she needs additional training on how to properly interact with clients. The lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled is extremely frustrating. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident, and poor customer service is a recurring issue.
