“I suggest that anyone with pain go anywhere other than this freehold office. I was a regular patient here for a number of years because of severe pain. Left because I got surgery. The staff cancelled my appointment 2 hours after I made it because 5 1/2 years ago I saw a different doctor for a different part of my body. Would have happily seen him again, but the wait as much longer and I need to be seen asap. Whoever I talked to had to get permission for me to see a different doctor. and would call me back. I waited 6 hours of office time and called back this morning. She still had to get permission. I waited 6 hours and 15 minutes today. If I was going tomorrow, I had to rearrange my pt. I called again and was told it was approved. They never bothered to call me to tell me and when I asked who I spoke this morning and yesterday the receptionist said she "didn't know."Cancelled the appointment. Poorly run office with liars at the desk. Going elsewhere.”
