Liberty Pain Care, LLC. is a comprehensive interventional pain-management practice ; focusing on serving your most challenging Pain management patients. We offer a full spectrum of interventional pain management diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. Some of the procedures performed include: Selective Nerve Root Blocks, Translaminar and/or Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections, Facet Joint Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Implantation of Spinal Cord stimulator, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Botox injection and many more. The practice is headed by Dr. Shruti Shah, a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain-Management Specialist. Dr. Shah has been affiliated with Riverview Medical Center. Shrewsbury Surgery Center.
