Patient Testimonials
“The greeting at the desk was ok. We've had better. The Doctor's nurse was very good. The Doctor did not make us wait. Doctor was polite, interested, listened and explained in detail the reason for pain, the report of the MRI and the action needed. Doctor made a referral and explained why. Relief medicine for pain was offered and ordered. The departure was without incident, Patient was taken to the car by her own driver.. However, a lady (well dressed employee came to the car and offered to help with the patient and wheelchair.”

“Only my second visit to this facility but so far they've been very good. Dr. Cerasuolo is kind and explains everything thoroughly. The staff in general are fairly nice and attentive. The only two issues I've had is with the check out and scheduling. Everyone has to stand in the same line line for check out and check in. This makes for a bit of a wait on both sides of it. After my first visit they said they'd call me with my next appointment but that never happened. I waited about 3 weeks and wound up calling them for the appointment myself. Outside of those slight inconveniences I find this facility to be very good.”

“He tried pushing surgery and implants over n over again even tho I told him I want no injection's nor chips in me. I looked at the long long lists of risks associated with the implants on my own time n they were disturbing side effects in which the Dr didn't mention n said they rarely happen which was a lie because there was alot of stories from people who got it n had NOTHING but severe complications with it. I do not trust any Dr who pushes horrible pills n procedures while saying they are safe n effective when clearly that is not the facts. Our health system is now a death system. Do your own research n never take a drs advice without looking 8nto it yourself”

“Pain management is now just giving injections!! The drs are in fear or totally uneducated on the need for pain medication for those of us with intractable chronic pain, we are not addicts!! Stand up for your patients. Instead dr Joe opted to walk out during my appt because he didn't want to discuss this with me!!! Yes a dr walking out on a patient!! So disgusting and shameful!!! Pain mgmt drs aren't really any help anymore for long time pain sufferers!! There is the lowest rate of opioids being prescribed ever yet overdose deaths are at the highest, why? Because those in pain mgmt do not abuse pain meds!! So drs need to learn the truth and look at the many studies to prove the truth.”
