“Between this facility and Springfield surgical center, I had the worst and most horrible experience in my entire life. The rudeness of the office manager, Lauren, and a few nurses at the surgical center made me discontinue my treatment despite the pain I'm still going through. I thought that their behavior would improve after I filed a complaint a few months ago to the medical director and director of nurses who took harsh actions against those who were involved in this despicable behavior. The director of nurses promised me that they would be disciplined, and she'll make sure no patient would ever go through what I did. Unfortunately, the flippant behavior continued. Out of fear for my safety, I stopped taking anesthesia for all the six procedures performed on my neck, shoulders, and back. I preferred to endure the severe pain instead because I wanted to be in full control afterward. Finally, I want to remind you that patients have plenty of options to pick and choose the facility they go to. Our insurance doesn't pay these facilities to disrespect the patients and treat them poorly. I regret deeply choosing this facility to treat me for my injuries.”
