“I had my first appointment with Dr. Doherty this week. He fit me in a day early due to the expected snow on my appointment day. The facility was clean and tidy. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Doherty had read through my chart and was familiar with my case. He asked questions, gave me the opportunity to answer, and to ask any questions that I had. I didn't feel rushed through the appointment even though the office was busy. I am pleased with my experience.”

“I was with Granite State Pain for 8 years or so. Dr. Grover and Dr. Tuscano were fabulous! I think it got sold last year? The new owner has decided to move everything to Southern NH. They just dumped a ton of patients, no warning, no referrals, and no return calls! I met with Dr Doherty in December 2024 and had him do a RFL. The procedure went great and he was great too. He said, " Call if you need anything." Well, a few days later I did need something, I was in horrible pain! I called, several times. Left several messages, and they ignored every single one. I went somewhere else for help, thankfully they helped. When I went in January for my appointment I asked the receptionist why I didn't get a call back. She looked in the notes and said that Dr. Doherty was confused by my message. I replied that I had left my number, if he was confused he should have called, and that I had been in horrible pain. Her reply was this; "Well in our defense Dr. Tuscano and Ashly just up and left, and we do have 1800 patients." My reply, " I can see why they left and now you 1799 patients." I didn't bother seeing the doctor that day, I left. I still haven't gotten a call back. They don't return calls. I was with them for 8 years or so. They are not the same caring company. I don't recommend them and that makes me sad because they were once very caring, always called back, and always checked on you after a procedure. Now many of us are struggling to get our records from them.”

“Dr. Doherty is probably the best Dr. i've ever had. No exaggeration.. He listens and always addresses my concerns. The Drs im used to usually give me a pat on the back and say come back and see me and we'll see how that worked. Dr. Doherty does that also, but gives me directions on how to improve my condition . I feel lucky to have a Dr. that hears what im saying. And not just nodding their heads. Thanks Doc !”
