“I was a patient of Dr. Goswami when I had a car accident. My treatments were paid for via no fault car insurance. While I was on the surgery table right before my procedure, he confronts me about payment issues. He was paid eventually after all the insurance troubles but totally thought it was inappropriate he brought this up as I was about to be put under rather than when I was in the office. He is very personable until it's about money. I get that it's a business but years later I still remember this very bad experience. Response: I was 100% a patient here. In fact, multiple times. Please see other reviews and see that other patients were confronted rudely as well. I understand medicine is a business, however there's a way to keep it professional. Maybe have your staff discuss these issues while I am at the office and not on the procedure table. Unfortunately, my experience was right before my procedure as I was about to be put under anesthesia.”
