“I saw Dr. Younan several times for my back. Dr. Younan performed an RFA on the my lower back in hopes that would stop my pain. Unfortunately, it did not work. Dr. Younan is a good doctor but his staff is horrible. Starting with the receptionist, to an office manager that has NO professional skills. I work in medical and have been an Administrator in a doctor's office, so I know you don't treat patients like this. I called an made a payment on my account, 2 days later I'm looking at my bank account an noticed there were 2 payments on my bank account. In speaking with my bank ( Claims Dispute/Fraud dept) I was informed my card was ran in the morning and then again in the afternoon. This was very upsetting. I spoke with office manager who knew there was a problem but never called to let me know. I tried to explain to her what I was told by my bank but she continuously was cutting me off and was very RUDE. This makes me very concerned about giving my credit card information to this office. BEWARE!”
