“Despite the secretary and the doctor both being friendly, this place is a joke. On my initial visit, I wasn't put in a room till 1 1/2 hrs after my scheduled appointment time, then it took another 1/2 gr before the doctor finally came into the room. I was scheduled for a procedure a few weeks later. They called me the day before to let me know my insurance needed a release form that they never had me sign. I went above and beyond and got them my medical history from my previous doctor and hand delivered it, because they said I could possibly still get it approved in time. The next day, I was told a different story, that the insurance company had denied the procedure because they didn't have the proper paperwork and they (the doctor's office) didn't have time to get it done because they have other patients that need paperwork done, too. I then spoke to my insurance company, hoping to get the approval pushed through quickly on my own. They informed me that the actual reason for the denial was that the secretary had submitted the paperwork with the wrong date, and there was no way they could do anything about it because of that. So not only did they totally drop the ball, but they lied to me, letting me think I could possibly fix the situation, causing me to waste a lot of time, and the gas to drive back and forth to their office with paperwork they didn't even need. Total B.S.”
