He takes his time to allow me to recover before proceeding with the multiple ones needed unlike my past experiences with other practitioners who rush through in an uncaring fashion in order to move to the next patient. “Im not entirely sure why there are negative reviews on Dr. Dominguez. It could be some people are med seeking or they are they types who are never satisfied no matter how hard the Dr. tries to relieve them of any fear, doubt or in a stupefied quandary. I had my 1st back epidural with Dr. Dominguez this a.m. and saw him a week prior to that for an initial assessment. On both times I had many questions for the Doctor and his staff. I was well informed and left there feeling extremely satisfied and having no problems at all. I have seen many doctors over the years and I wouldn't lie or exaggerate a review on a Doctor. This Doctor to me was pleasant, cordial, professional, Great bed side manner. Treated me with respect and made me feel like I have had him for years. He never got short or angry with me like some reviews have said. I will recommend him to all my family and friends should they ever need the assistance of a Great pain management / anesthesiologist Doctor. I hope this will help if someone is reading these reviews and is wondering " hmmm..is he good? Can I feel safe and well taken care of? ", etc. Put your mind to ease. If you have questions ask the Doctor. Be completely open and honest with him and all his staff. I have been in the Medical / Mental health field for 15+ years and have had and seen my share of Doctors who had that " complex " about them. Granted Doctor Dominguez is a Harvard Graduate, so that alone entitles him to respect and patients who can appreciate a man who has the background and experience such as Doctor Dominguez. Well I hope this helps. -Great bed side manner. - More then happy to spend the time explaining and making patient feel comfortable - Professional and courteous - A dry wit, but has an affable affect. Could go on but, I think you get the gist. If you are in need of a great Pain management Doctor, staff and organization, Saint Anne's is right there at the top. Take care. “Most ignorant doctor I have ever met in my life. Ill mannered and down right disrespectul. Made me follow up for three consecutive weeks accused me of using drugs when I am in legit pain from a car accident and have seen many doctors and had MRI tests which show this. He yelled at me and told me I needed psycological help- he said that was the next step. However, that is not the next step and he offered to put me on Morphine instead of the 90 vicodin a month they have me on. I do not want to be on drugs for the rest of my life I am 27 and want my life back. He was not willing to listen to me and for the second week walked out of the room on me crying. I had trigger point injections in my jaw adminstered by him twice. They only helped me alittle bit so he was not willing to treat me or discuss any other options with me and is treating me like my problems are not real. He is not a caring or nice man. It is my opinion that he is only a doctor because he is money hungry, I wish I had read reviews on him before seeing him because I have found that I am not the only patient that he has treated like dirt. I will never see him again nor would I recommend him to my worst enemy. Doctors are suppose to want to HELP people not put them down on false accusations. I will be seeing a real doctor and hope you will too. I previously saw Dr. Guptil who was always professional but does not do the jaw injections so he referred me over for those. Dr. Dominguez had an attitude problem from the start and told me I was not "his patient" and if I wanted to see him I needed to switch from Dr. Guptill to him. Please save yourself some time and find any other physician. Do the research he is a waste of time and if I was a man I would have punched him in the face on the last visit for the ignorant and false things he said to me.”
