“Every time I go there, I get a different MA and NP. I have severe lower back pain and upper back pain. I got an injection today for my lower back and now they want me to come in on Monday to discuss getting pain pills as I had been getting monthly until I had a family emergency in Iowa and was gone for a month and another emergency in Illinois and was gone for 2 months. The NP that was training actually said, " we don't know what you've been doing," as she didn't trust me. I have never given them reason to doubt me. Never anything illegal in my urine. So here it is Friday for my injection and I had to make, yet another appointment for Monday to discuss medication. I was there 2 weeks ago. They also tell you all kinds of things on the phone and then you get there and no one knows what you're talking about. They make a lot of money having most of their patients come back 3 times each month. No!! A big NO!!! I do not recommend this pain clinic!!! They do not care about old people. I did get upset when they seem to think it's alright for me to continue with pain while they wait for a urine test. NP casually says we'll have you come back in 2or 3 weeks when we get your urine test back, as if I'm not having extreme pain. They do not care about old people in the least bit. I had an injection during this time and it did not help one bit. I've tried everything they want me to try. This place is terrible!!!”

“This place is horrific. I waited 45 min at the appointment for them to then tell me it's a comp issue. Long story short it is a medical issue. Today when i left, the dr said they would call me that day. Never heard from them. In a week and a half span I called a few times. Today they literally told me to stop calling and the girl that answered was extremely rude in the way she said it. Sge said rudely "They would call me" .Not even letting me explain or ask questions I'm just a piece of paper. I contacted the cold fridge human resources woman she was just as bad. Here you are just a $$ and paper. Not a human suffering. Thanks for wasting my time!!!!!!”

“Very poor internal communication. Every time I go there is a different doctor asking for more information. Last time I went the provider said if you don't like it go find another clinic. Really the worst treatment I have ever received as a patient. I have a severe spinal cord injury and they treat me like I'm a drug addict.”
