“Do NOT use this pain specialist. The doctor is fine. It is the billing specialist. She did not get pre authorization from my insurance company. When I looked at my insurance claim and noticed that she did not get pre authorization, she got mad because I called my insurance company. I had to get referred to another pain specialist by my doctor. This lady is putting hardship billing on people.”

If you call and tell them you are running late and you are in traffic when you get there they will turn you around without asking the doctor if he will still see you or not. She don't care if you traveled from another city or down the street. So much disrespect to senior citizens.Find another physician in your network because this one isn't it.”
